Gratitude Affirmations: How to Attract What You Want By Setting Your Intention
Set your intentions with making gratitude affirmations and attract abundance by virtue of the law of attraction
Making gratitude affirmations helps you to set your intention. It is more than just a trendy self-help practice; in fact, it is about cultivating a mindset shift that aids you with fostering appreciation for the present moment. Rather than view life through the lens of lack and worry, you are better able to redirect your mind to the things that are going well. Applying gratitude is a powerful way of inviting positivity into your life.
Personally, I’ve often taken things for granted and I’ve found that it is easy to forget about being grateful during the good times. Yet, such times are especially helpful to be practising gratitude and cultivating a daily habit. When times turn bad, the habit of focusing on the positives through gratitude kicks in. Once I understood about the power of cultivating a daily gratitude habit, I discovered that I was able to reframe my perspectives that raised my ability to weather through challenges. In short, I found myself becoming more resilient and doors opening to new possibilities as a result.
Activating the Law of Attraction Powerfully and Positively Through Gratitude Affirmations
Making an affirmation is simply to apply assertion. It is the act of saying yes and that you mean it when you say it. By making a gratitude affirmation, you are aligning your heart with the feelings of joy, abundance and contentment. And by virtue of the law of attraction, you stand to attract outcomes that match the same vibrational energy of joy, abundance and contentment. In other words, the Universe responds with a resounding yes; with more blessings coming your way :)
So think about incorporating gratitude affirmations into your daily affirmations practice. You can choose to repeat phrases such as "I am grateful for all the abundance in my life" or "I appreciate the blessings that surround me" to reinforce a grateful mindset. Also, consider extending gratitude beyond yourself by expressing appreciation to others. Whether it's a heartfelt thank-you note or a simple gesture of kindness, spreading gratitude not only uplifts others but also reinforces your own sense of abundance.
